Abdominal Pain, Blood In Stool, Numbness In Leg. What Can Be The Problem?

i have been having pain in my abodomen for some time now. it wasd generally around my belly button area, but lately pain in on left side from my ribs to my lower abdomen . I have also notice some blood in my stool lately. Today the pain is in my left side, with soreness just below my ribs and also some numbness in my left leg. What can be the problem

I can understand this the possibility of intestinal infection is likely if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines
1) Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day for five days
