Abdominal Pain. Stool Test Shows H. Pylori Infection. Gastroscopy Shows Hiatus Hernia And Stomach Inflammation

Hi Dr Samuel, i've been suffering from mild to severe pain on the right lower side of my abdomen just below my ribs maybe around liver area. I have carried out several tests including blood test, urine tests, ultrasound, and recently endoscopy. From the stool test, they found out i had h phlori, i've had the antibiotics and other medication to get rid of the bacteria. This was a month ago and the pain on the right side of my abdomen has not gone. I recently did an gastroscopy, they found out i have abit of hiatus hernia and inflammation in stomach. This still does not explain why i continue to have this stabbing pain on right side and my docter doesnt understand why. This morning i've noticed that my stool was quite pale and hairy looking. I've noticed that my stools have been coming out unsual and hairy. Therefore, docter could you be able to give me any further advice or insight to why i might be suffering from this right side abdominal pain. Thank you, shamim.
