Abdominal discomfort, bloating, diagnosed with 5cm paraovarian cyst, advised to wait. Is it worth waiting ?

I ve been diagnosed with a paraovarian cyst that is 5cm. I ve been having abdominal discomfort and bloating for several months, but the recommendation is to wait 3 months and get another ultrasound . I m worried that I am still having symptoms, and of course worried that it might be cancerous and waiting could be a problem. Is there any reason to insist on being re-scanned sooner? How often does a paravovarian cyst go away on its own?

Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern your complain of abdominal discomfort is not because of the ovarian cyst that you have, looking to the size of the cyst it is better to wait some time the chances of regression is there, and this is not the cancer one stop thinking about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
