General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Rectal rockets are the best modes of hemorrhoid relief as far as symptoms of itching, pain, and bleeding are concerned.

Sensation to pass stool and flatus are obvious signs to be faced after its use, but abdomen cramps are not usually associated unless there is severe constipation issue and difficulty in lower passage emptying after the suppository usage.

Can use plenty of liquids, high fiber diet and if later abdomen cramps remain, should seek medical assistance otherwise not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
