Abdominal cramping, lower back aches, headaches and vaginal discharge. What is the reason? Had unprotected sex

I had sex aug. 13 started my period on the 20th it started heavy but ened early i ve been having cramping lower back aches the runs gas slight headache and also my lower stomach makes like bubbling sounds i have a sticky discharge no sent to it my face has been breaking out very rare for me hard to fall asleep and ver dry skin wst could all this mean??? Please help and sorry (tmi)
