Hi,thanks for query. If you have not missed your period you can not be pregnant. The symptoms that you have might be because of some urinary tract infection with fever or sometimes even anxiety can lead to this. Please drink more liquids, take analgesics for pain.Take proper rest. Please get in touch with your doctor.bye.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Increased frequency of urine;breast tenderness or heaviness;pain in lower abdomen are few symptoms of pregnancy but emotional or mood change is more related to onset of menses. But the first symptom is always missed period in case of pregnancy. If you are sexually active and have crossed your date please get a urine pregnancy test done if you suspect pregnancy still i will repeat the same thing that first symptom of pregnancy is missed period.
