AREOLA DISCHARGE WHEN SQEEZED AND BREAST PAIN
I HAVE PAIN IN MY LEFT BREAST. WHEN I SQEEZED IT A BLACK WATERY DISCHARGE CAME FROM THE AREOLA , ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE NIPPLE. THE PAIN IS SO BAD THAT i SLEEP WITH A BRA ON AND CAN T SLEEP ON MY STOMACH. iF SOMEONE ACCIDENTALLY BUMPS IT, IT BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES.

Black/green discharge from the nipple is suggestive of duct ectasia, that is dilatation of the duct which occurs with increasing age. However you need to be evaluated by a breast surgeon to rule out other conditions including malignancy.

well black or darker discharge could be due to benign conditions like mammary duct ectasia or ductitis or could be even malignant.
hence i think you should resort to the cancer surgeon. get the discharge cytology and mammogram and manual examination

Watery discharge from the nipple or areaola is an indication of some pathology like
infection or could be more serious. Better to have an expert examination for any underlying lumps and ultimately a mammogram. Depending upon these results, please come back to us for further consultation. Many thanks
