How Can Inflamed Red Scabs In The Right Thigh And Vulva Be Treated?

A few days ago I noticed what appeared to be an ingrown hair on my right inner thigh. I picked at it even though I probably shouldn’t have. Then it scabbed over and created a kind of dry blister. I woke up one morning to find my inner thigh stuck to my vulva, as the scab secreted liquid thus virtually glueing my skin together. I pulled it apart and I noticed that a scab had also appeared on my vulva. It manifested into a dry patch of sorts but now it seems to be open. In the past two days I’ve also developed very small scabs on my right thigh. These scabs or blisters don’t hurt but look agitated as they are red in color. I’m thinking this is herpes but I’m not sure. Thoughts?
