A Dark Patch Developed On My Upper Lip On The
A dark patch developed on my upper lip on the left side. It’s been there since 3 weeks.
It also has like a gritty feel to it when I touch it. The grittiness came before the dark patch developed.
I only have very dry lips no matter how much balm I apply.
I’m very worried.
