A 11 year old was stung by a bee yesterday.

A 11 year old was stung by a bee yesterday. They have redness and swelling (puffiness), probably 1+ in an area around 2 inches in diameter to hand.
Could this type of reaction lead to anaphylaxis? The client does not have such a history. We are at a summer camp and medication is not available except for an epi pen. Advice?

My 10 year old daughter was stung by a bee on her hand yesterday morning at school. Her hand is pretty swollen and itchy. I am giving her Ibuprofen, putting on Caladryl and using ice. Soaking her hand in vinegar works well. How long should it take the swelling to go down because she is more worried than in pain? Thank you.

My 12-year-old daughter was stung by a Bee yesterday. The swelling is getting worse today. She has been stung more than a dozen times in the past and seems to be increasingly more reactive to the venom each time she is stung. She is taking 50 milligrams of Benadryl now every six hours - is there anything else she can be doing besides icing, raising it, and Benadryl? She has a soccer tournament this weekend and is so upset at the thought of not playing. Thank you!
