92 Years Old, Panic Disorder, Speech Is Slurred, Extremely Weak Feeling, Limbs Shiver. Help In Understanding About This.

I am around 92 yrs and taking medicines for Panic Disorder for 12 yrs. Now i have begun to get episodes where i keep articulating sounds continuously (more than 12 hrs) and my speech during this period is slurred. I feel extremely weak and when i try to walk, my limbs shiver. I have informed my doctor - but he seems helpless. Help me to understand what is happening to me

due to mediines side effects the panic medicines make the persons mambranes and mucus lining dry so that there is dryness in lining
like dryness in mouth
larynx skin liinings causing same
need to change or stop he med after consulting your treating physician
