hello,
welcome to healthcare magic,
if endoscopy was normal then she needs to be investigated further why she is having the stomach pains.
she could benefit from ultrasound which could pick if anything wrong with the organs.
you should get a h-pylori antigen test done as well to rule it out.
get a urine test done to rule out infection which is common in this age group.
adding a muscle relaxant can bring relief to the pain your childs pain.
in order to know which investigation to do, we need to know where is the pain most.
hope to have answered your query
wish your child a quick recovery.

Pediatrician Dr. Sudha Shree Venkataraman's  Response
Hi

What is the exact site of pain?
Is the pain related to timing of food intake?
Is the pain related to any specific food- like dairy items/ eggs etc?
Is there any other symptom like vomiting/ altered bowel habits/ excessive belching/ urinary complaints etc?
How is her growth?
Is the pain related to any stress at school/ home?
All these have to be looked into in detail.

Usually gastritis is associated with pain in the upper abdomen, vomiting etc. If there is a reflux heart burn (burning sensation behind the breast bone) can be seen.
Full course of Omeprazole will treat it.
Good to know that endoscopy was normal.

A complete physical examination, basic blood and urine tests, Ultra sound abdomen - these will be needed. If everything is normal and she is growing well- you need not worry.

Please feel free to get back with all the details.
Best wishes.
