9 Year Old Showing Signs Of Puberty. Is This Precocious Puberty? How To Boost Her Height?

Hi..my daughter turns 9 in May...we started seeing an endocrinologist last year in May as she had started to show signs of pubic and underarm hair . At 7years 7 mths, her bone age was 8 yrs and 3 mths and her height was at She recently had a small growth spurt and her height now is at 134inches..Her one age scan was at 10yrs and 3 mths. The drs want to wait and watch as there are no indications of breast buds.. My confusion lies in her height prediction and precocious puberty ...would you consider this early puberty signs? And her height prediction is only 5 ft 1.. My husband is 6 ft 2 and I am 5 ft 6... Is there anythings we can do to boost her height??

Hi there ~

I would not do anything to boost your daughter's height. It is a natural process and all the numbers are just that. Please do not focus on those numbers too much but be aware that the greater the nutrition and activity that your daughter can get, the taller the height she will achieve. I hope this helps.
