9 year old having episodes of getting cold, pale, angry, nauseated. Have nightmares, sleeplessness. Low fasting blood sugar levels. Reason?

My 9year old has been having expose we call them. Out if nowhere, shaky, clamy, cold, gets pale in the face, gets out of it (angry,irritated), feels like she has to vomit , can t get warm, she is having nightmares , very vivid, sleepleesness, after episode feels so exhausted. Had her fasting blood sugar done , came back at 74-75. they are happening more frequently. Is this normal

Thanks for writing in.

I feel her blood sugars are within normal limits for her age. I would also advise your daughter to get a couple of tests done,like thyroid levels,urine routine, complete blood picture, including hemoglobin etc.

It could be anything from a viral infection, anaemia, depression etc.

Do you think anything is worrying her? Talk to your daughter. Is she upset / afraid about something/ someone. Any problems at school? Any anxiety issues?
