9 Year Old Having Dizzy Spell And Nausea With Sore Throat

My 9 year old daughter had a dizzy spell on Sat and then another one on Monday at school. To where her face flushed out and she thinks she is going to pass out. Yesterday and today she is complaining of a sore throat and puky, but nothing coming up. Any ideas?

probably she is coming down with the flu.
it is viral in nature so just symptomatic treatment.
keep her well hydrated and lots of rest.
you can give her tylenol for the pain after checking her dose.
