my 9 year old child s left breast has a lump in the center with a dark circle around the nipple? Is this just peuberety?

The 1st stage of puberty is thelerche (breast development) but its often bilateral.The pattern of puberty is related with the maternal pattern.So wait for some times and consult witth your PD.
