8 years child having stomach ache after exercise. Cardio test results clear. What are the risks?

My child- 8 years old- has a pain at the right down to his belly from time to time after physical exercise. From the right it continnues in a line and hits his stomach . In these instances he wants to seat for a while. This happended 4-5 times during the last 2 months. Up to may he used to have extensive exercise life with no complaints. His cardio tests have not shown any problem.

hi leo, sorry to hear that.check whether he is exercising in empty stomach or full stomach.both are bad.have a warm up prior to any work up.ask him to have mini snack or juice prior to exercise.if he is on too much of junk foods of late, try to reduce it.advice him not to miss meals.
