Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Nose picking is the most common cause of nose bleeding in this age group.

Stomach pain in children could be because of various causes.

Is there any history of weight loss or lack of weight gain?
Is there any burning urination or increased frequency of urination?
Is there any history of blood or mucus in the stool?
Where is this stomach pain exactly located?

Please reply in detail so that I can help you better.

Take care.
