8 Year Old With Fever, Cough And Swollen Throat. Given Zithromax For Pneumonia. Cold Sweats And Abdominal Pain. Any Suggestions?
I have a 8 yr old daughter who about a week ago had low grade fever of 101 and a non productive cough, and sore and swollen throat. then I thought fevers went away all of three days ago fevers back cough worse back to the doctors who said pneumonia, treating with Zithromax. Today was last dose and now she has cold sweats and abdominal pain. Any suggestions

1. did u had chest congestion?
2. did u go for x- ray .
if u had pneumonia you need to take antibiotic course of 7 days . i think that u have taken . it is good sign that now u dont have fever . dont wry with cold sweats .
u are in recovery phase . many of time with abtibiotcs aptients complaint of stomsch disturnace like mild pain . it happens because antibiotic disturbs normal natural flora of gut .
you should take B - complex , plenty of water
you can take omeprazole in morning
if still having doubt you r most welcome to ask.
