Dear User
Hi,
After squint surgery it is common to have redness as the conjunctiva will be cut during surgery and it will be healing after surgery. The signs of infection are discharge, watering and pain along with redness. Hence the condition is unlikely to be infection. If there any symptoms which I mentioned you need to think of infection.
