8 Weeks Pregnant, Severe Acidity, Constipation, Fibroids. Will These Cause Complications?

Hi doctor. My self XXXXX. M 29 yrs old and 8 week pregnant. I m suffering with sevear acidity as well as constipation from 3 to 4 weeks. My doctor advised me not to take any medicine for constipation n acidity for the first trimester. 2 fibroids are detected from the sonigraphy report. One is intramural of 1 cm and another is subserosal in the uterous wall n of 3 cm. Is there any problem during my pregnancy due to this fibroids? Please reply, M very tense due to this complications.

The fibroids are not likely to affect the development and growth of the baby but may cause complications like excessive bleeding after delivery.
For acidity you can take antacid like digene or tums after every meal. This will relieve you symptomatically.
