8 weeks pregnant. Taking Dexorange syrup for nutrition. Is it safe?

Hi,
I am nearly 8 weeks pregnant and have morning sickness. I feel that my diet is very poor and lacking in nutrients needed for a healthy pregnancy. I have started taking dexorange syrup which has iron, folic acid and b12 it also has a very amount of alcohol in it. My question is, is it safe for me to take this syrup?
Would very much appreciate it if someone could get back to me Asap regarding my question.

Regards
Ruth
