8 Weeks Old With Yellowish Discharge From The Umbilicus. Using Neosporin. Further Treatment?

my son is 8 weeks old..he seems to be havin serous dicharge from his umbilicus...slightly yellowish..not foul smellin, no associated redness...he is afebrile...umbilicaL stump had fallen off on the 10th day with no complications whatsoever..i sometimes put neosporin..but discharge is still there off and on...
shud i be worrried..

Hi, may be he has umbilical granuloma-- show him to a doctor ! May be he will need antibiotics.Do not self treat!
Hopefully it is not serious infection.
