8 Month Baby, Fever, Constipation, Tired, Crying. Giving Prune Juice

Hi, My 8 month old nephew has had a fever fluctuating between normal and 103.5 for the past 2 days. he also has not had a bowel movement in 3 days, prune juice and other things have not helped him go. tonight he was visibly exhausted and was falling asleep and after 5-10-15 mins he would wake up screaming and crying, this has happened 10+ times in the past couple of hours

Please consult a paediatrician at the earliest possible. A baby of that age with fever should be examined completely and investigated for the cause of fever depending on the examination findings.
