General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get a few lab tests to determine the right cause of your current symptoms:

- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- check blood electrolytes to rule out related deficiencies
- check vit.B, calcium and Vit.D levels
- get a complete cardiac check up to rule out possible cardiovascular event
- check your thyroid/liver/kidney/pancrea
- get diabetes testing and lipid profile testing

For the moment, I can only suggest to:
- have your meals regularly
- keep well hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
