7 Year Son, Severe Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever. Treatment?

Hi I have 7 years old son he has been vomiting since 1.30 at night and has 5 episodes of vomiting till 6.30 complaining of stomach pain and very smelly wind. Also have temp for 37.4 I have given him paracetamol sips of water and alittle out of fizz 7up. We are planning to go out today to Blackpool and have organised everything what could I do to make him feel better.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The cause of vomiting was just indigestion or overeating junk food etc.
As normal temperature is 37 degree C so there is no cause of concern.
After 4-5 vomiting it is natural that there develops increase in temperature.
Only cold sponging is sufficient.
In my opinion sip by sip water added with salt and sugar will sufficient.
One banana ( 1/2) will give quick relief.
