7 year old with white spots on the x-ray. H1N1? Have headaches, fever and trouble breathing

Hi , My 7 year old son had an X-ray today that showed about 15 white spots, he had a fever of 104 The doctor said its H1N3 but he also had pulled up an old X-ray From 2010 that showed about 5 white spots not as bright though He is always sick with fever and headaches and trouble breathing he misses about 50 days of school each year ! Is something being missed ?

If the X-ray chest shows white spots that have increased since 2010 and your son is not in the best of health then he requires a complete work-up which includes:
1. Detailed history.
2. Physical examination.
3. Investigations to support the diagnosis.
4. Regular follow-up.
Just on the basis of X-ray it is difficult to diagnose and treat.
