7 Weeks Pregnant, Experienced Fluid Gush Through Vagina Followed By Period Flow Lasting Like Normal Menses, Brown Discharge. Conclusion?

hello, i have a question, im roughly 7 weeks pregnant, and one night i was carrying groceries in. an about an hour later, i had a gush of fluid come out of my vagina , then another hour later, i had blood . red blood. like a period, it lasted as long as a normal period as well. i just stopped bleeding an now getting a brown discharge . what does this mean?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

According to your description there is possibility of miscarriage, may be because of weight lifting.
So rule out this possibility better to consult gynecologist as early as possible and get physical examination done along with ultrasound.
If the fetus is found alive it is good or if there are retained products of conception better to get evacuated.
