Hello there,
The blisters around the moth and eyes might indicate an insect bite. A mosquito bite can bit several times in different areas of the exposed skin resulting in red bumps that are unevenly placed. If the bumps have occurred overnight or a very short period of time, it definitely indicates an insect bite.
The other possibility is an
allergic reaction but usually the hands, forearms or trunk may also be involved in such cases.
The presence of
fever indicates ongoing infection, most likely upper
respiratory tract infection as you you said she stuffy.
Kindly give
paracetamol to bring down fever and show her to your
Pediatrician if the lesions progess.
Take care.
