7 month old. Having yellow greenish mucous stool. Given lime juice. What could be this?

my 7 month old have yellowgreenish mucous stools he had 2 of those kind and the one with blackish brown and yellow seeds .so is it kind of alaram?He is bf.and i a trying to give him juice which he dont take more than a ounce.and i gve him cereal(rice) with smiliac formula.i dont know why he had a blackishbrown poop.let me know ?

From your description it is possible that your baby is suffering from gastroenteritis (bacterial or fungal or viral or parasitic or protozoal infection of the intestines) but also possible that given his age, he could be presenting from a physiologic GI disorder ( which is not a cause for alarm).
Since gastroenteritis is suspected, you will need to visit a pediatrician. A stool exams (+ culture) and blood work could be done to determine the cause (if infectious) and begin a course of antibiotics that will eradicate the causative organism.
