7 Yesr Old Child Has A Burning Pain In Upper Left Chest At Night
My 7 year old daughter has be regularly coming down from her bed soon after she goes to bed crying about a burning in her left upper chest . ( about a week now) Should I run her straight to the ER or keep giving her antacids. She says they do not help but she does go back to bed. She does not complain during the day with pain.

Left upper chest pain is not because of gastritis. It will not help. It could be a muscle catch or maybe she has hurt herself somewhere. Please take her to the pediatrician tomorrow and get her examined. For now u can give her brufen syrup instead and see if the pain comes down
