Hi .... thank you for helping ... I am soon to be 62 ... I have always been very active .. so of course I understand I'm getting older but I don't want to be tired all the time with the age. I do still work full time .. from the time I get up in the morning, and to the time I return home it is usually at least 12 hrs. So I think, well maybe my being tired is normal .. fine but I don't like it .. what can I take to help???? THANK YOU. Jean :O)
Hi, It is good that at this age you are fine and working for normal hours. To keep body fit take high protein diet with less fat and carbohydrates. Take some multi vitamine and B.complex supplements daily. Avoid stress. Do light exercise daily likeslow walking, swimming etc. Ok and take care.
