Headache if associated with vomitings may be matter of concern, but headache of mild nature without vomiting may be overlooked. You may seek openion of neurologist to ruleout any associated intracranial problem.A CAT scan may be necessary. She may be give DOMCET syrup[paracetamol+domstal] after food sos for headache if not tolerable.Meanwhile get platelet count and BT,CT as she is on aspirin.
