6 Month Old Child, Vomiting After Consuming Cerelac Wheat Apple. Food Allergy?

Hi Doc,
I fed my 6 months old baby cerelac wheat apple and he vomitted a lot the whole day which started after 2 hrs of feeding cerelac.Is this food allergy or Lactose intolerance(milk present in Cerelac).He has no problems with nestum rice,mashed fruits,raw banana. He had similar vomitting when we tried giving cow milk. Please advice.

You fed your 6 months old baby cerelac wheat apple, two hours latter he started vomiting and continued whole day. is it food allergy or lactose intolarance. he has no problem with nestum rice, mashed fruits, banana, same thing happened when you give him cows milk.
Veining food should be started with rice product then to wheat, then to fruit, then to egg, gradually with a gap of at least 2 months.
It may not be the lactose intolarance, because he was given breastmilk, and bufellow milk.
The vomiting with cows milk may be due to some other reason.
So i advise you to give cerelac rice for three more months , then to shift to some other .
or the cause may be the allergy to gluten containing substance like wheat.
