6 Month Baby, Bright Red, Broken Blood Vessel In Ear. Ear Infection?

My 6 month old was up for 2 hours last night and seemed uncomfortable. No fever, but gave her tylenol because she normally sleeps well and I knew something was bothering her, figured she may be teething. But this morning I notice a bright red, broken blood vessel in her ear, and the back of her ear is red. Does this likely mean she has an ear infection?

Hi,
It seems that she might be having external ear infection.
Consult your pediatrician and get examined.
She may require one course of antibiotic medicine to cure ear infection.
Put antibiotic drops in her ear.
Give her tylenol as and when she feels discomfort.
Ok and take care.
