Looks like labial infection or an infected bartholin cyst. It needs to be clinically examined (both your general condition as well as the local problem) by a gynaecologist,with a few tests like CBC, as only then one can tell whether a wait and watch with local treatment, antibiotics or to operate under anesthesia. If you have fever too, it becomes urgent to show now and likely to be drained.
