I am 50 years old. Iam having pain on the neck and numbness towards shoulder and the back area. what is it?

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.You seem to be having cervical spondylitis.reasons for this are aging,poor strength in neck and spine muscles,bad posture and osteoporosis.Do neck strengthening exercises along with physiotherapy,anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen and B1,B6,B12 injections.Get your VIT D nd serum calcium tested and if deficient,take them in required doses.Thanks and good luck.
