5 Year Old Has Headaches While Standing
My 5 year old has been running a fever today of around 100.8. She keeps saying her head hurts really bad inside when she stands up. Is this normal?

welcome to health care magic.no it is not normal..firstly we should come down fever either by sponging or by any antipyretics then search why he having fever ?

Hi Jeff,
Before giving any remedy for fever, we need to know symptoms such as chilliness, desire to cover or not, thirst, restless etc. Treat the fever with cologne water sponging,rectal suppositories. Give plenty of fluids to drink. Rule out neck stiffness. Take your daughter for investigations to detect the source of the infection.

Headache during fever is common,but it should be ruled out.
You can give homeopathic medicine belladonna 30 4 tabs 2 hourly for a day and if it is not cured within that period then you may consult your nearest physician for further help.
