5 year old diagnosed with overactive bladder. Soreness and blistering. What is causing this?

my 5 year old daughter just been diagnoised with an over active bladder.In her lower region she suffers with a very aggressive soreness and blistering with swells and at times bleed this makes it impossible for her to walk.Im waiting for a hospital appointment just wondering if you could tell me what mite be causing this.
