I believe I have vertigo but not real sure, because I ve never experienced how I m currently feeling! I woke up this morning very disoriented and tired - things were kind of spinning. Once I was up for the morning, I noticed what I was experiencing when I work up earlier was still an issue. Just very disoriented, weak, and kind of shaky. If I look down the floor spins. I took my BP and that was okay - 117/78. I have been having some sinus issues - blood when I blow my nose (which is better) and dry sinus passages, which was probably what was causing my nose to bleed. My fingers have been feeling puffy today as well. Was wondering if I could be dehydrated, but I drink nothing but water - so far today, I ve drank 66 ounces of smart water, 2 regular bottles of water and a Powerade.

I have been diagnosed with Vertigo few months ago. During this time I had palpitations behind my head. The fear was that I had aneurysm since my mum passed away with something similar. However, i had a CT scan done and MRI twice for head, neck and brain. Nothing was found. Now in the evenings I feel weak and few weeks was having palpitations in my throat. I feel I have difficulty in breathing, throat get dry and then i want to vomit. My legs get a tingling sensation which then makes me weak from bottom to top. I feel i will collapse. My whole body starts to shiver and i have put on lots of warm clothes. Recently I had a chest xray done but no issues. My GP says I have anxiety and has diagnosed me with some tablets. I am still not satisfied that i have anxiety and scared especially in the night. I feel i am not living a normal life. SOmething is wrong but yet dont know what is wrong. I need help, I am going for yoga classes and other therapy. Is this going to help, dont know.
