Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Do not worry. It is normal for kids to have such erections. If he has any abnormal findings like growth of pubic hair or change of voice or abnormal increase in the size of penis (which are signs of early onset of puberty) then contact your doctor.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
