47 Yr Old, Trying To Concieve. Having No Periods, But Having Fibroids. Suggestions?

HI Dr, I don t want to believe that at 47 years am already expriencing menopause please what can i do to help my period start again, last year i saw it only two months,and i have a lop atright side of my lower abdomen ,is they said it was fabrod,if it is please what will shrink it ,i have no kids yet and i will like to have one,thank you Dr i don t have money ,thank you Dr

Thanks for the query.
Once check for your AMH (Anti - Mullarian hormone levels).
If levels are within normal range, that indicates that you are having ovarian reserve.

In that case, with your doctor's advice you can take tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding and ovulation induction.
Then planning intercourse around the time of ovulation will help in increasing the possibility of pregnancy.
Usually smaller size fibroids may not lead to much problems.

If you are not having sufficient ovarian reserve, you may need egg donation.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
These days it is common to have a menopause even at 40 years also. Of course it may dependent upon so many factors like anemia, ovarian function of releasing estrogen harmone. etc.
If you want to have regular periods consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to have the hemoglobin to have regular periods.
