47 Year Old Having Tubes Cut After Child Birth. No Periods. Bloated Stomach. Not Pregnant. IS This Menopause?

im 47 years old and had my tubes cut and burned after my last child. i havent gotten my period in 3 months and my stomach looks like im pregnant. i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but that test was past the expiration date (i dont know if that will change anything). could i be pregnant, menopause , or something else?
