Hello, I have no other health conditions, I m 45 and for the past 3 days I ve experienced some abdominal pains that flow down from the top of my abdomen down, as well as watery diarrhea. This morning I had a solid bowel movement but as the day has progressed I m back to just the watery diarrhea. The cramps are gone. Thank you for reading this and your advice:) Sarah

Hi, for the past 6-9 months I have started having diarrhoea problems 2-3 times a week.. This is light brown and very watery.. I have never had any problems like this in the past; maybe the odd occasion. I have been to doctors for blood tests and everything was fine.. This is getting more regular now. Mostly happens when in middle of eating tea time food? Any advice would be grateful.. Thanks
