Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
hi there, your symptoms are more suggestive of menopausal condition rather than pregnancy, but still to confirm it you can get your hormone assay for LH,FSH,estrogen and progesterone done. Along with it also get a urine exam done to rule out infection as you are complaining of frequent urination,. Visit your gynecologist and get the various options available for handling the same and take an informed decision about hormone replacement therapy, Take care.

OBGYN Dr. Rishma Lakhani's  Response
What was the contraceptive device/pill you were using?
At the age of 45 it is more likely due to menopause get a sonography done to rule out pregnancy and also a urine test to rule out urinary infection.
The other symptoms of dizziness n tiredness bloating could be due to hormonal changes of menopause only
