Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
After going through your history that you have undergone family planning surgery that is TT(Tubes Tied).
In such condition chances of pregnancy are almost nil if surgery was successful one.
Now you had unprotected sex and delayed period for two months you should just do a home pregnancy test to be sure that it is not there.

There can be other causes of delayed period like stress, hormonal imbalance, Anemia, any other disease like Thyroid function.

Please get yourself examined by a Gynecologist and get Ultrasonography of abdomen and if necessary even hormones like LH and FSH may be done to rule out early menopause.

Your treatment depends on cause otherwise if everything is fine then go ahead and enjoy your relationship.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
Good Luck.

hi..
since you have undergone tubectomy, chances of conception is very remote..
you have delayed periods for 2 months..
still once take urine pregnancy test... in any case see your gynaecologist..
if it is negative, you need not have to worry, because you are 43 and nearing to your menaupause.. irregular periods are normal here..
all the very best..
