General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, the issue is of impacted hard stool, not able to get passage through the anal canal.

An immediate visit to ER and manual evacuation of stool by consultant surgeon is the best remedy for the child relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
