Hi Kumar
The sphincter at the junction of your oesophagus and stomach is lax (not closing properly), thereby leading to some upward reflux of acid and gas which could cause malodour in the mouth. If the symptoms are severe, surgical intervention could be a option (normally reserved as a last resort).
Eating small and frequent meals, avoiding spicy and fatty foods, regular exercise, reduction of weight in case you are obese, are some of the lifestyle changes you will have to make.
No nicotine and no alcohol please. You could take some medicines like Pantoprazole along with Domperidone at night which will give immense relief.
