38 Year Old Suffering From Back Pain. Slipped Cervical Vertebra After An Accident. Have Scoliosis With Fracture. Advice?

Hi Dr. I am 38 y.o. suffering from back pain . My spine is curved. Head is turn. one shoulder go dawn. mandible is not a line to upper teeths. on open the mouth is skid one side. last cervical vertibrae near head feel like slipped or broken in a accident. Orthopaedic & M. Ch. says normal X-Ray but I know they are wrong. I have scoliosis with fractures . I feeling difficulty in body balancing. This problem going to increase day by day. one lung feel like srink near shoulder big creater palm size on the chest. One part of body trunck,leg,& hand feels muscles weakness like a paralysis. on lies dawn all back not touch the ground or bed
