36 Weeks Pregnant, Pain In Lower Back, Uterus, Rib Cage, Headaches, Burning Sensation. Treatment?

Hi I m nearly 36 weeks pregnant Im getting sharp pain in my lower back and in my uterus I also got pain in my rib cage went to doctors there thought it was a kidney infection got antibiotic but there not helping now I keep being sick and I ve got a really bad headache and I feel like I m burning up I m so tried can u help tell me what it is please

Hopefully by the time you get this you have gotten further help. Based on the fact that you are pregnant, with low back pain, rib pain, a diagnosed kidney infection, headache and a subjective fever, you have a poorly treated kidney infection. In most cases if it has failed treatment with outpatient medications, then you need to be hospitalied for IV antibiotics.
